1. AUTOMATIC DILUTION
Place your sample in a beaker. The easySpiral Dilute® will automatically dilute the sample up to 5 times.

2. AUTOMATIC PLATING
Place your sample in a beaker. The easySpiral Dilute® will automatically plate the sample on a petri dish up to a 1 trillion countable CFU/mL.

1. WHAT IS THE SPIRAL AUTOMATIC PLATING METHOD ?

Place your filtered sample in a sterile beaker. The easySpiral® automatically plates the sample on 1 Petri dish, avoiding several manual dilutions.

ALL DILUTIONS ON 1 PETRI DISH
- Sensitivity of 30 to 10 million CFU/ml on 1 Petri dish
- High speed rotating arm
- 10 Petri dishes plated in less than 2 minutes with the same sample

BUDGET FRIENDLY: UP TO 75% SAVINGS
- Reduce your budget of consumables
- Reduce your waste
- More space in your lab
- Use the same stylus for each sample

SO QUICK
- Full plating cycle in 25 seconds
- Increased capacity analysis in the lab

RELIABLE
- Standardized operations
- Compliant with ISO 7218 / AFNOR V08-100
- easySpiral is the 3rd generation of the Spiral® platers

GUARANTEED HYGIENE
- No risk of cross contamination
- Disinfection system by overflow (PATENTED)
- 600 cleaning cycles without changing bottles (2L)

2. COMPARISON BETWEEN THE MANUAL AND THE AUTOMATIC SAMPLE PLATING _ The manual plating method requires repetitive actions: at least 4 dilutions and 4 successive platings are necessary to obtain 1 good and readable Petri dish. It is a painstaking routine work, space and time consuming which can be avoided.

3. AUTOMATIC COLONY COUNTING
Once the Petri dish is plated, enjoy automatic colony counting with Scan® automatic colony counter and get bacterial results in 1 second. Images and results are automatically saved in your computer for traceability. IMG/png/ensemencer2.png
